About The Artist

Ruben Chavez is a contemporary fine artist and illustrator. Graduate of Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD). Trained in the human anatomy discipline of George Brant Bridgeman of the Art Student League of New York. Ruben served as an art director of graphic design. Owned an advertising company, IXL Designs Inc. with an office in downtown Denver. Clients included NFL, MLB, Time Magazine, Chevrolet. During the Covid Pandemic Ruben turn his sights to Fine Art, which culminated in exhibiting in Denver at the Kowen Gallery, Next Gallery, and the Lone Tree Art Museum. In St. Louis at the Missouri History Musuem. His art was exhibited virtually at the Mind Gallery, Melbourne, Australia, Fuconomy, Los Angeles, California, and Fiesta Mercantile, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
